hi I've been trying to sign in to virgin media app for ages now.. green ticks beside email address etc but then I click sign in it says nor recognised..I tried with Mobile number and last name and ticked I'm not a robot and says Sorry wrong answer. I don't understand what's happening I just need to access my bills and data because for some reason when on mobile data it won't do anything either and I always get the data allowance refreshed.. I've no clue how to access Any of this..Please help.Thank you

Have you tried accessing this via the browser? Do you get the same error here?
