can't register on my virgin media

I had broadband installed since 08 December 2018, and I'm still unable to create an account on My Virgin Media. I get all the way through the process (and receive an email to my account detailing my WebSafe options and so on), only to be told: ``` You've entered the wrong username or password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so please check your CapsLock isn't on. If you're struggling to login, we've got a brilliant help page to point you in the right direction. ``` And of course, I type the exact password I create. Can anyone help? cheers!

Thanks for messaging and this is not the experience we want you to have with us. Can you confirm the follwowing? 

 

+ Can you confirm if you have now set up the account? 

+ If not can you confirm if using a different browser helps?

thanks for your reply. sorry, I think the account is setup but I can't login. I use Google Chrome.. I try to via Safari Browser too and nothing happens.

Have you ever registered your details online before? 

At what point are you getting the ' You've entered the wrong username or password.' error?
