I had broadband installed since 08 December 2018, and I'm still unable to create an account on My Virgin Media. I get all the way through the process (and receive an email to my account detailing my WebSafe options and so on), only to be told: ``` You've entered the wrong username or password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so please check your CapsLock isn't on. If you're struggling to login, we've got a brilliant help page to point you in the right direction. ``` And of course, I type the exact password I create. Can anyone help? cheers!
