I recently moved house so the Virgin Media move team closed my old account and opened a new one at the new address. The problem is that my My Virgin Media account is linked to my old (now defunct) account number and I can’t set up a new My VM for the new account number as it’s linked to my email address already.
Ideally I’d like my new account number to be linked to my current My Virgin Media account. Is this possible?

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to gain access to your account after your move.
Your online account log in details are transferred with your service and contract details to the new address. You would have also received a new account number for your new address. Are you able to log in at all with the same details and see your new account number?
