Wont let me sign in the mobile app use my email and password  keep getting this message i can sign in use sim but not email and password been like this since 29  of November

I would guess that this will take several days if not weeks to resolve.

In the meantime you can still access all the information that you might need by signing into your Virgin Mobile account via a web browser.  https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login
