Wont let me sign in the mobile app use my email and password keep getting this message i can sign in use sim but not email and password been like this since 29 of November

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your email address.
Please can you advise if you have reset the password though your my virgin media account & tried to log in again?

Already changed my password still the same it's your app that need to fix it not on end it's something on app end so please fix it asap

@Zak_M This does appear to be an issue with the mobile section of the My Virgin Media app as the same is happening for me.

If you want a quicker response you need to call in and speak to customer support.
The Forums aren't an instant messaging system, staff generally take a couple of days to respond.
