I have recently signed up for Virgin Media broadband and have received my welcome pack. When I try to create a Virgin Media account I get the following error message
Oops, we've ran into a problem.
Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)
Any suggestions

Thanks for letting us know the error message you've got, this is a known issue so may need raising with IT. However, we will PM you now to try and resolve it first, so look out for that purple envelope 🙂
