My internet was installed on the 1st of November and i still can't register my account yet!! Any ideas how i can sort this?

I've checked and can see an email address sis registered for My Virgin Media.
If you are still having issues accessing this can you pleas pop back to the PM I have sent that you can find on the top right in the purple envelope.
