Anyone else get a fault on the virgin app when trying to access the current status ? Says EC:N4 ? Been like this a few days now.

Yes same fault, same - been like this for a few days now.
I tried deleting and reinstalling - makes no difference.

Looks like a fault only on Apple products as it works on my old galaxy
