On my Virgin Media App recently when I enter it, it forces me to take a questionnaire/survey being run by bunnyfoot. The first time I filled in the survey but now any time I enter the app it forces me to take the survey again and does not let me get by this stage so now I can not retrieve my emails through the app. How do I sort this and get rid of the survey ? Please help
I think you are right Kath. The initial post is baffling. There is no link within the Virgin Media App to access emails so I wonder what app the op is actually using.

All the icons at the bottom are fine and it lets me access them.
Yes it is only when I touch the purple band it redirects me to the survey
I cant recall what was on the purple banner before the message about letting us know and asking for the survey to be completed but when I touched it it definitely took me to a screen that let me log in to access my emails.
The phone I am using is a Samsung Galaxy A3
I will look up the help page on syncing email so I can access it on my phone
