Virgin Media App Questionnaire

On my Virgin Media App recently when I enter it, it forces me to take a questionnaire/survey being run by bunnyfoot. The first time I filled in the survey but now any time I enter the app it forces me to take the survey again and does not let me get by this stage so now I can not retrieve my emails through the app. How do I sort this and get rid of the survey ? Please help

Thanks for your post and apologies to see this one has been missed by the Community. 

This is a strange one and as such it's possible no one in the Community know what is going on. 

Can you provide a screenshot of the survey so we can check on this for you.

I think you are right Kath.  The initial post is baffling.  There is no link within the Virgin Media App to access emails so I wonder what app the op is actually using.

Hi Donald

Thanks for getting back to Kath. She's still here (sat by me) and we've just chatted about this

So here's a few follow up q's

  • Does this happen if you touch the purple banner only or is it limiting access to the entire app?
  • Are the icons at the bottom of the app accessible as they are on mine and I'm getting the survey too but I can access the icons at the bottom of the page to access the billing packages etc.
  • Re email you can't access email via the My VM App - it does however via the Help page advise how to sync your Virgin Media email to your phones email icon independently.
  • Have you uninstalled or updated the app to test this in case it's a bug with the app on your phone?

I'm using a Samsung S9 btw.

Hi Karen,

All the icons at the bottom are fine and it lets me access them.

Yes it is only when I touch the purple band it redirects me to the survey

I cant recall what was on the purple banner before the message about letting us know and asking for the survey to be completed but when I touched it it definitely took me to a screen that let me log in to access my emails.

The phone I am using is a Samsung Galaxy A3

I will look up the help page on syncing email so I can access it on my phone

Sorry,  meant to say I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app incase it was a bug but it made no difference
