View Bill = Error file could not be downloaded

Hi

Using the My Virgin Media App, when I try to view my latest bill I get an error  

The file could not be downloaded. Please save the file to local media.

Any thoughts?

Hi Lewis, 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are getting this error. 

Are you able to view the bills using the same login via My Virgin Media on a PC or Laptop? 

If so, try deleting the app and then re-installing it to see if this makes any difference.

Yes I can access via the web and I've removed the app reinstalled with the same issue

Thanks for confirming that for me Smiley Happy

As it's on the app only then this rules out the issue being an account issue. It will be something to do with the device or the app. 

Can you try on another device for me please.

Will do,

I suspect it's because your app on Android has no storage permissions (Of which I cannot either as it hasn't requested the permissions) and so it cannot write the download PDF to disk.
