Verification email expired HELP

Hi, I just signed up for a contract, received my welcome email with all the details, but I can’t sign up for an account. I keep trying to get verification emails, but they take ages to arrive and are always expired! I tried different browsers and devices, nothing changes. I’m attaching screenshots, please help 😭
