Hello,
I always used to receive a VAT invoice automatically for my Virgin Media, but for some reason this stopped in August. So I came on this forum in December to try and resolve this matter and the helpful person I spoke with said they'd arrange for this to be reinstated and that I'd also receive the back-dated invoices I'd missed. They also noted that this could be delayed a bit due to postal strikes. However, to date no invoices have arrived so I'm back again to seek some help on this issue.

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the forum, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have not yet had the VAT receipts you are waiting on. I can see that you have popped back to the original agent that assisted with this before, they will come back to you as soon as they can and will be happy to take a look.
