Unable to set up password

I set up virgin media today and I’ve been trying to set up My Virgin Media App but am unable to as every password I put in is apparently incorrect. I have tried ringing for support for over an hour and have not been answered. I cannot view my bills,etc until my virgin media app is set up which is proving impossible.

Hi yes I have and have also gone through the alternative route on the website itself 

I have tried this and am still cannot create a password

Please can you try the following password requirements please and let me know if this still isn't working for you:
- Between 8-10 characters long
- Must start with a letter
- Contain at least one number
- No special characters
