Trying to register but tells me to choose another password????

I had 20 characters on last attempt after an hour.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues when registering, we will be able to help. 

Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies and if this does not work, an alternative browser or device?

Can you also please try completing the registration via the My Virgin Media app?
