I have already posted on these forums but I am going to do it again. I had broadband installed yesterday and cannot register to My Virgin media which means I have no access to my settings or email etc. The register site just refreshes when I hit the submit button and I have tried it from sveeral different computers, phones and tablets. It's now over 30 hours since I had the broadband installed and I am already regretting my move to Virgin, mostly due to the lack of response to my initial query. Can someone please get in touch to tell me how to solve this issue?!
