I’m unable to register on my virgin media. It says I have been unregistered.

Hi malayka23, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that. Can you confirm if the email address is listed on an old account, or is this via a new email address? ^Chris

Yes it could be, as I had virgin media about 10 years ago from recollection.
