Unable to register myvirginmedia account

I have requested resending of my confirmation email multiple times but have never received one. I have, of course, checked my spam and junk folders. 

my services are up and running. 

help please.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting your my virgin media account up and running. 

 

Are you able to let me know, have you previously been a customer of ours, If so did you have a my virgin media account set up then?
