Unable to register my My Virgin Media account online
I installed and successfully have been using my broadband since 27 sep 2018. But unfortunately, I cannot register my Virgin Media account. Whenever I want to login with the previous email that I used to buy the service, it asks me to create a new account with virgin email instead. However once entering my data the "Continue" button is still inactive:
