Unable to register for My Virgin mobile app

Hi, I've signed up for broadband which is due to be installed next month. I have an account number but I'm unable to register for the mobile app or on the website. When I choose a password it says it has met the criteria but when I select the 'register ' button it keeps saying at the top of the page 'you cannot use this password'. 

  • Any help please? Thank you.
