I am a returning customer at a new address. When I try to register for My Virgin Media I get this.
We're sorry to see you go.
Now you've left us, we've closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media.
I was a customer years ago at a different address but with the same email address
Please help

Same issue whatsapp support people told me it was impossible to be rectified.
Maybe Virgin no longer want returning subscribers?
