Unable to register for My Virgin Media Account

My new service has been live for nearly 4 weeks but I am still unable to register for My Virgin media. I have had a number of emails telling me to do so. Each time I submit my details the page just refreshes. So I am unable to access any of my settings.

I have checked the account and it looks like you are now successfully registered with your online account. 

If this is not the case I have sent a PM to you that you can find on the top right in the purple envelope.
