I have tried all weak-strong combinations of passwords, including the suggested criteria mentioned in other posts. I have attempted to register for an account using multiple devices and browsers along with clearing my cache and history. Yet none of these have allowed me to simply set a password for my account creation.
I have had a previous account with Virgin Media but this was with Virgin Media Ireland, not UK. So my email address (the one used for the sign up of the service) is the same.
