Hi. I had a virgin media account in university which I no longer use. I have since set up another one which has my wifi on for the last few years. The problem is these both exist under the same email address. I receive bills etc for my new account to the same email address, but when I go to log into my account online it automatically signs into the old account, so I cannot access online services. I want to shut down the old account and keep the new account with my live wifi attached. Can this be done?
