Trying to register for my virgin media account online

I've been with virgin since August and I'm still unable to register to access my account through the app why I am yet to discover but it's doing my head in all I want to do is pay my bills through the app o get all the way through the process and then it comes up with I'm sorry we are unable to register your account very annoying 😡 why does this keep happening

Try setting up your My Virginmedia account on the browser version first and then login via the app.

Did you manage to get this sorted through the browser as @Ernie_C suggested?

If not if you could let us know if you tried this and then pop back to me with any screenshots you may have of any error messages via a PM.

Can you let me know:

 

  •     Your name
  •     Your address
  •     If you are the account holder.
  • Your email for My Virgin Media

I can then look into this further for you.

Did you ever manage to register with My Virgin Media?

I have been having the same problem for months and given up with the whole process. Absolute joke of a system that never gets sorted. Have just spent 50 minutes talking to them and no further on. Go through all the questions and then get the screen ‘Sorry we are not able to set up your virgin media account.’
