Trying to create account - error DEF01

Please can someone contact me, I have tried to set up my account on mobile (both app and browser) as well as desktop browser but can't get pass the register screen.   I can't get as far as entering a password so the structure of the password is not the issue. 

The error is DEF01.  

I have seen the following post

Suggesting the problem is resolved.  Neither of the links in the footer of this post work. 

Please can this be resolved ASAP

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

I'm very sorry for the issue you're having with registering an online account. 

The issue still ongoing and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. 

We are asking customer to check the links as one if for our previous site and one for the new one.
