Stop letters to previous tenants

I would like you to stop sending letters to the previous tenant of my current flat.

When I moved in several months ago I've once requested but still keep receiving them. How and where can I ask about it again?

I'm so sorry to hear that you keep receiving letters addressed to a previous tenant. Appreciate that isn't ideal.
