Hi, after seeing the posts the VM team have put up saying that issues have been rolled back and people should be able to create a virgin media account, I have tried again and still am unable. No fault codes anymore just the “you can’t use that password please choose another” all criteria has been met different variations on different web browsers. Not being able to use virgin tv go is a pain and after a couple of months now is getting disappointing.
