Hi,
I had my virgin media broadband activated over a week ago and yet I am unable to set up an virgin media account.
I keep getting the same error Code: DEF01
My email address I first set up with won't work at all so I tried another one but I'm still having no luck and when phoning virgin they keep telling me they will refer it to the tech team but no one's getting back to me this is my 4th time trying to communicate regarding this issue.

I am so sorry you are having issues setting up your My Virgin Media account. As you are getting this error, I feel this may be an IT ticket, so I will need to PM you to get more info and look into this. Keep an eye out for the little envelope 📩
