Hi 

I am trying to register for my virgin media account and when I try to put in my account number and area ref number I keep getting an error code message to try again later. This has been happening for a week now and I need to change some settings with my new broadband.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having a bit of trouble registering for a My Virgin Media online account. What device and browser are you using? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies?

Yes I have tried all this. 

 

I have used all types of browsers on 3 different devices. 

 

I need to change the settings on my account. If this is a known issue I would like this sorted asap.
