I am trying to help my parents move away from paper bills and £1.75 charge. When trying to set up a MyVirginMedia account for them I am having issues as there is already an email address registered for their account. I assume this was created automatically by virgin media as they do not have a password for it and it is not my parents email address. Can you help please.
