I mistyped my email address when registering and now can’t verify the account.

I am trying to set up an account to arrange an engineer call out to set up my broadband so would be very grateful if you could assist - many thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to hear you made an error while adding your Email which is now stopping you set up an Online Account, don't worry I will do all I can to get this resolved for you so you will be able to Manage your account and set up Broadband, I will send you an invite into a private chat, once received please click on the purple envelope to accept.
