Register New Account to "My Virgin Media"

Hello Team!

I am having problems to register my account at the https://my.virginmedia.com/create-profile/register

I have tried on different browsers, but no luck at all. I enter the details, check the "I'm not a robot" box, then click at "Continue", then the page just reload, nothing else happens. No errors, no messages, nothing.

I have activated my broadband yesterday, it is all working fine, but only this it not allowing me to create my account.

Any ideas on why this is happening?
