Hi there,
I was a virgin customer a couple of years back then went back to sky, but have now come back to use the virgin internet.
When I go to log in / sign up, my email address just says sorry to see you have left.
How can I re-register with my previously used email as I need to contact support to get a promised booster chased up.

Are you needing help with just your email? Or is it when you are trying to register for an online account?

Hi thanks for getting back in touch, its logging into or signing up to my virgin using my email address that I used when I was a customer before.

This will be the cause for the issue, as it is registered with an old account.
Have you tried using a different email?

Hi, no I have no other email address. Does this mean I need to create a new email address somewhere solely to log into my virgin media account?
