Good Evening,
Everytime I try and register for the virgin Media App it says the details I've entered are incorrect. I need access to this application and I'm pulling my hair out trying to fix it. I had a nightmare with the chatbot who couldn't direct me. I have a feeling the details were entered incorrectly when setting up the account. I'm wondering if someone could potentially reset the sign in details?
