Preparing my account

I have had an account with Virgin Media for a few weeks and my broadband was installed in my home over a week ago. On my VM app, it says ‘we’ll have you set up within 48 hours’. This was due to be set up days ago which means I can’t view or manage my bills and settings, see my package details or check my service status. I need my account to be set up so I can view my details.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues setting up your online account. I've not been able to locate any details for you, so I've popped you over a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner) to get this from you.
