Password not working

I’m a new customer , I’ve been trying to set up an account because I’ve just got my account number but I can’t set up a password no matter what I try , I have tried everything . Someone please help me.

Can you confirm the password you're using meets this criteria;

8-10 characters 
Starts with a letter 
Includes at least one number 
No special characters
If so, can you try a new browser for me? This has worked for me in the past to solve this. The last thing to try if the new browser doesn't work, try clearing all cache/cookies, auto fill passwords and browsing history.

Please let me know how it goes, trying the above to register your account.

It keeps showing the same “you can’t use that password” even after trying everything that you suggested
