For some reason (most likely my error) I couldn’t log into the app so tried to reset the password. Directed to call customer services who advised I would be called back. This hasn’t happened and I’ve had no luck using the WhatsApp chat either.
Is an admin able to reset my account and issue the new password, I can’t hang on the line with CS any longer.
