H all. My outside virgin media cable box / cover is broken. It has been like this for a while but I couldn't find anywhere on the Virgin Media help site to request a replacement - how do we go about arranging this please? Thanks

Thanks for using the forums to get your damaged Omni Box looked into, I am sorry you've been struggling to find a way to get it fixed - But you've come to the right place now 🙂
I'll be able to get an engineer booked for you, before I do though could you just take a picture of the box so I'm definitely booking for the correct thing please?
