Community says previous 6 months bill is available on the site. But today June 2018 , only current month bills is on the website. No other previous months is visible

I have found the answer(using website)
1) When called virgin media they said I am not registered. I said I am!
2) they give me a new password and I get an email saying I am registered for e-bills (I thought I had done this before via phone call)
3) Login to virgin media with this password
4) Go to 'My Bills' ->(you will see current month bill only here)-> click 'View this bill' -> Now on the right side 'My Bills' section you will see the bills download links listed one below the other.
There is no 'previous bills' / 'old bills' available like community or the support agent says.
