First off new here so Hello to all and a question if I may, I placed an order for a TV and broadband bundle on Sunday the 7th, I received an order confirmation, pre contract email then the contracts email, then welcome to e billing email and today received the direct debit confirmation email and an email from 02 to say the sim is on its way. I assume this means all is going ahead with the order however I also got the my Virgin media app and it says we will set you up within 48 hours and has not moved off that screen at all, I am slightly concerned that here may be an issue with the order the install is scheduled for the 25th of this month any help on the app not moving would be highly appreciated. Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
