Hi,
I am a returning customer and want to register my account to an email address I used for my previous virgin account; however it is still connected to my old virgin service. Sounds like I need somebody to do a move and transfer or something?

Well it depends how this was raised by Ryan, if he was able to raise this himself or if it had to go to our support team due to an error. The fact he has advised 24 hours would seem like he has processed this himself, to prevent causing any potential issues I will raise this with him to get in touch as soon as possible.
