The “status” tab at the foot of the page in the MyVirginMedia App fails to load.

Ive tried on two different devices but it still fails.

ive deleted the app and reinstalled it, but I still get a “something went wrong” page with a “retry” option and selecting this just returns you to the same error page. At the foot of the page is an error code EC:N4

Does anyone know what the solution is to this error ? 
All the other tabs appear to work fine, billing etc loads no problem.

yes iOS users can use the web.

No they cannot use the App on iPhone or iPad.

Try finding out where your ‘experts’ have got to with a patch or App update.

Yes, I have done everything in this thread. As there seems to be an issue with the MyVirginMedia app and Apple operating system you should be passing this issue on to the app developers and Apple so it can be resolved quickly.

There are 3 threads on this and your questions have been answered elsewhere.

Do you know how you can search for users posts, if not suggest you go join remedial class with Vicki.

Youll find the answers in these threads, there’s also a facility to search for key words on forum websites, suggest you refresh on how to use this before adding to the antagonistic replies.

Do you get paid pro-rata on the number of replies rather than quality ? 

Still no meaningful response on App fault for Apple users !
