My virgin media

I signed up for My Virgin Media. After registering I was unable to login with the password I set up with and when I try to reset password it is asking me to contact virgin media

@Adamp1872  Have you checked the purple envelope icon in the top right corner of this page?  That is where you will find private messages from VM Forum Team staff.  They do not arrive as emails into your normal email account.
