I have tried registering for my virgin media.
It just refreshes the sign up page every time.
I have called phone support who were useless.
What the hell do I do? As my bill is wrong and I can't access it. How do I make a Complaint?

Apologies to hear you were unable to register for My Virgin Media.
Checking things out it looks as though there is an account registered for you now, and a complaint. All which was resolved via the teams.
