My account has been deleted

Hi I had a my virgin media account when I was with virgin before but it was deleted when I left so I can no longer access it. How can I get it reinstated?

Thank you for responding. So we can see what is going on and help you to the best of our abilities is your services active with us currently? I can see on our systems you have spoken to us since your post, were our team able to help you? What have they advised?

Hi I received my equipment today so assume my services are live. No your team could not help and have referred my query to your IT team. I have been told to expect a response in 24 to 48 hours.
