My account app

Hi

I am constantly receiving the error message Authentication Required. I have wifi off and mobile data, uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still shows the same.

I am extremely dissapointed with Virgin Media, nothing seems to work.

Sorry to read that you're have difficulty authenticating the app.

Can you confirm whether it's the Virgin Mobile Account app or the My Virgin Media app you're trying to get working.
