i have an issue with my virgin media, i have recently moved homes and after doing so my account gas been suspended and another one created by Virgin. However the new one is in the same email address as the suspended one so im unable to even register in a new email. I know my account number and area reference and even when i phone it tells me my new address. How can i either suspend this old account early or sign into my new account

Apologies for this - I am a little unsure as of the context of your post. Just to confirm - the other account you had would have been closed down, is that the case? It's something we can get swapped over so don't worry - there is a process for that. I will send you over a private message anyway to confirm some details.
