Hi,
I recently moved home and moved my virgin media accoutn to the new address. As part of the move I have been given a new account number and area code.
When I login into Virgin Meida account, it still shows my old acount number and area code and there are no options fro updating the new account number with my current accoount.
Can the Virgin Media team please assists me updating my account with the new account number?

This sounds like we will need to perform a move and transfer from the older account, over to your newly created one.
