After several failed attempts to register for My Virgin Media, I have visited this forum, only to find that it is a common problem.

Can you please advise on how to register as I am currently unable to utilize the app.

Have you moved address and need to transfer the details over 

Is this a brand new account 

What happens when you try to register

Does the Email contain any special characters for example £&_-=
