Hi, I recently downloaded the updated version of the app, but for some reason when I tap (Broadband, TV & Phone) the app just hangs on the red screen and does not allow me to sign in at all. I am using an iPhone 6 Plus and I have iOS version 12.5.5.
What could be causing this issue?
